Kelsey is a graduate of the American University Washington School of Law and was previously a law clerk to judges before DC Superior Court. Ms. Penna brings with her a wealth of experience in DUI/DWI defense, criminal appeals, and divorce settlements, in both Washington DC and Maryland.
