BNG Team announced the promotion of Jeanette Haugen to Chief of Product Development. Her new responsibilities will include leading the ConnectBooster Software Product Development Team. As a member of the company’s executive team, Jeanette will also head the development and implementation of the company’s full product road map.

BNG Team’s ConnectBooster software product is an automated payment processing and collections solution designed specifically for IT solution providers. The professional services tool helps companies improve payment timeliness through automation, including adding diverse customer payment options, reducing bookkeeping redundancies, and integrating payment information directly into accounting platforms.

“In her new position as Chief of Product Development, Jeanette brings a track record of excellence in leading her dynamic product management and quality assurance team, developing user-friendly products and design processes, and responding to customer feedback to enhance BNG Team’s product lines,” said Brady Nash, CEO of BNG Team.

Jeanette joined BNG Team in 2017, serving as its first Senior Quality Assurance Engineer. She transitioned to the Director of Product Management and Quality Assurance, where she managed the company’s product development roadmap, including leading collaboration and customer feedback initiatives. As a key member of the company’s product development team, she also worked as a dev-ops engineer, quality assurance tester, and requirements analyst. Throughout her career, Jeanette has worked at prestigious technology companies in the FM area, focusing on software quality assurance and product management.

Jeanette is a native of North Dakota and a graduate of the University of North Dakota, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in mathematics with a minor in computer science. She lives outside the Fargo/Moorhead area with her husband, daughter, dog, cat, bunnies, and chickens. Jeanette is passionate about improving products and processes to enhance user experiences.
